Customer Support: Season 1, Episode 3

I suppose it is strange to summarise at the beginning of a post but where is it written that I can’t? So, all in all, now you know what customer support is and why it is important to have such service to treat your clients (if you want to have a successful business, of course). And you definitely understand that to benefit from your activity you have to build your service on a solid, high quality technological base, like we do.

But what I want to briefly emphasize is the services and their advantages that you have repeatedly read about and that we provide because these are the main things our dear customer support specialists do and work on.

When potential clients come to the website and fail to find the information they need or they want to ask about possible actions that are not described in the list they push, for example, an ask-a-question button and there they have to specify their email addresses. Very useful, isn’t it? Your customers are busy people, the can’t phone because of the work or any other reasons, they can’t spend time chatting with your representatives, so they just postpone their queries writing the things they need answers for and knowing that after coming from work they’ll find an email with everything they lack. That’s how our customer support works instilling people confidence and settling their issues.

Sometimes there are people who would rather ask their questions over the phone listening to pleasant voices of our professionals because some customers prefer speaking more than typing as real life communication seems more reliable and accurate. And enjoyable, especially with our customer support team.

Another way to get your clients’ happy and pleased is live chat which is regarded as the most efficient tool of customer support. Firstly, because people get an immediate access to help and prompt answers. Secondly, it is convenient for those who are at work and can’t speak at the moment or just not good at live communication but they still need the information (and live chat is a great solution). And, finally, it is extremely handy when people do several things simultaneously, plus chatting with the company representatives and, thus, getting replies to their questions. And, everybody’s happy.
