Mobilunity in Zurich in August 2018
How important is development team structure for the pace and quality of the delivery in a startup? What is the best approach: should you have an inhouse team exclusively or an outsourced team, or freelancers, or everything simultaneously?
These are the tough questions almost every startup is facing. Overmore, any answer might turn both right and wrong for different teams.
To help Swiss startups address these challenges, in August Mobilunity top-management has held a workshop in Zurich organized by Climate-KIC’s office in Zurich, Europe’s largest public-private innovation partnership focused on climate innovation to mitigate and adapt to climate change.
Climate-KIC supports transformative, systemic innovation, aiming to take good ideas, products or services from niche to mainstream to make a radical change to the way we use natural resources, materials and energy, to our built environment, our mobility, or the way we grow and consume food.
Mobilunity shares the values and strivings of the Climate-KIC community – the team, the start-ups, the alumni, the advisors and partners – and was proud to contribute to the joint efforts of making a world a healthier and safer place to live.
Which is why, during a workshop Mobilunity’s CEO Cyril, and Director of Business development Alfie have discussed ways to build the development team of high capacity and top delivery results for startups currently working within Climate-KIC initiative.
And whereas, the solution is very much dependent on the kind of task a startup needs to deal with, the multiple houses or a dedicated team model from a trustworthy provider proves to be the best option for the majority of startups in Switzerland.
As it allows for:
- ensuring high flexibility,
- additional expertise engagement,
- full support from a provider
- and smart cost management – all extremely important at the initial stage.
Mobilunity is proud to use the opportunity to have an open conversation with Climate-KIC Swiss startups and will continue supporting the startup community in every way possible.
