About the Client
Our client is a cutting-edge company that integrates telecommunications worldwide. They are committed to delivering tools for telecom providers, and simplifying users’ management of complex systems. Company helps its clients to reduce operating costs and ensure optimal quality of service. In 2022 our client was honored to receive The Best Companies award at the Internet 2.0 Conference in Las Vegas.
Their product is an innovative platform combining large CRM parts together with ERP and some IoT parts for device management. Currently, they have more than 7+ million subscribers all over the world. This platform allows millions of users to store everything related to the system in one place. A big share of the platform is made on Dynamics CRM, but some modules are done using Java/Spring. Developers have a chance to create UI applications for managing configuration and subscriber details of Vision360 microservices for back-office implementations.
Team on the Project
The client of ours started their cooperation with Mobilunity by getting 4 people on board and had grown to 10+ Ukrainian full-time team members within a year. Now the team headed by Ukraine’s Office’s Operations Manager consists of Senior Dynamics 365 Product Manager and Business Analyst, who actively cooperate with our dedicated developers (backends, frontend, MSD), Product Designer and DevOps specialists as well. This devs team has a friendly approach based on trust, open communication, and positivity.
The US client regularly visits our Kyiv office (of course, when pandemic situation permits) and spends time with the team both onsite and offsite. In addition to diverse corporate swag, all team members are encouraged to achieve new certifications (MS Dynamics in particular), all such events are appreciated and supported by the team.

The goal of the product is to bring to life even brave clients’ expectations. The working process is organized with the Waterfall methodology that includes an initial discussion of given requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Regular discussions of tasks and ways to approach them helps to evaluate the efficiency of the working process and improve the understanding of the workflow.
