Business Analyst/Process Designer (closed)

With the Company growing, we are in need for Business Analyst / Process Designer, a person who will take over internal processes design and management. For this role, we are seeking for a person with diverse corporate work experience, preferably in B2B Service Company.

 

This job is for someone who will be able to work with department managers, identify and put on a paper existing business process, and after that redesign them for the sake of better transparency, efficiency, manageability.
We are intentionally seeking for someone who has alike experience.

 

A profile of successful candidate:

 

• Experience in Business Analysis and/or Process-Design-As-A-Job with no less than 3 years
• Managerial experience (line staff management) – no less than 1 year, with number of subordinates above 3 at least
• Experience in cross-department processes analysis, optimization, implementation and quality control
• Experience in processes automation
• International quality standards awareness would be a big advantage
• English fluency

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

• Internal processes definition/description
• Internal process analysis
• Internal processes optimization and redesign
• Internal processes implementation
• Internal processes quality control
• Internal processes automation

 

Through:

• Communication with department heads and managers
• Facilitation of cross-department communication
• Standardization and best practices introduction to day to day departments’ work

At this role, you would report directly to the CEO, thus you must possess seniority, you must be able to self-manage your priorities and backlog, and you must be a perfect communicator to be able to be solving all of your needs by yourself.
