On behalf of our Client from Switzerland, Mobilunity is looking for a Business Software Support Specialist.

Our Customer is s one of the leading providers of business software for small and medium-sized companies in Switzerland.

In this dynamic role, you will support and advise users of business software products before and after purchase. You will collaborate closely with end users to implement specific parameter settings, generate reports, and develop custom system functionalities (customizations). Your prior professional experience and training will make software implementation projects an engaging and rewarding challenge. With enthusiasm and precision, you will coach software users, enhancing their skills and ensuring long-term satisfaction with the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Handle inquiries competently and promptly, documenting solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Project Collaboration: Work on software implementation projects, adapting system features to customer needs.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency and satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Develop user manuals and technical documentation for various software functionalities.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve software-related issues methodically and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting business software, including issue resolution and providing information services;
  • Excellent verbal and written German language skills;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to various tasks after comprehensive training;
  • Impeccable manners, a well-groomed appearance, and a proactive approach to customer and colleague interactions;
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to tackle challenging tasks in a modern, supportive environment;
  • Ability to work during Swiss business hours to align with client needs.
