Customer Support Team

We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide high-level quality support to our English-speaking customers. NO COLD CALLS!
Requirements:

 

  • Good communication skills, attentiveness to details
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken skills are required (Upper Intermediate or Advanced)
  • Working in flexible shifts (we support our clients 24/7, so you will be able to choose your schedule)
  • Ability to take 2 night shifts per week
  • Interest to work with clients from all over the world and interact with our big support family :)
  • February 25th is an estimated start date

Main responsibilities:

  • Support customers on-line via e-mails, calls and chats
  • Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and requests
  • Identify and solve issues
