Customer Support Team

We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide high-level quality support to our English-speaking customers. NO COLD CALLS!

 

Requirements:
  • Higher education or last year student
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken skills are required
  • Good communication skills, attentive to details
  • Work in shifts that cover 24*7
  • Night shifts are must
  • Start date of work is July 17th
Main responsibilities:

(We will teach you how to)

  • Support customers on-line via e-mails, calls and chats
  • Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and requests
  • Identify and solve issues

  • Shift schedule (7am-4pm; 4pm-10pm; 10pm-7am)
