Back Office Team

We are looking for a full-time HR Manager to establish and develop best HR practices within our company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create, Implement, Communicate, Monitor and follow up HR policies and practices across all levels of the company
  • Newbies support and adaptation
  • Employee’s appraisal, assessment and development
  • Conduct all necessary activities to identify employee`s satisfaction and initiate further actions for growing up of motivation and loyalty
  • Organize special projects, team and corporate events

Main requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 2+ years of experience as a corporate HR Manager within international companies
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of HR best practices is must to have
  • Strong experience in corporate environment analyzing, detecting weaknesses and creating new or updating current procedures and policies
  • Good understanding of IT sphere and outsource business
  • Working experience in IT company would be advantege
  • Upper-intermediate level of English is a minimum
  • Experience in IT recruitment is a must
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Word, MS Excel, OpenOffice and Google Drive

  • Positive attitude, people-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to understand IT sphere fast and with big interest
