The Marketing Content Administrator will assist with managing and maintaining the content on our WordPress website. This role involves content upload, page customization, link management, image optimization, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our website. The ideal candidate will also manage task statuses in our task management system, track incoming leads, and assist team members with ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:

  • Upload and format content on the WordPress content management system according to specific requirements.
  • Customize website pages using page builders to enhance user experience.
  • Implement interlinking to improve website navigation and SEO.
  • Identify and fix broken links on the website.
  • Manage redirects to ensure a seamless user experience.

Image Optimization:

  • Optimize images by adding appropriate alt texts and titles to improve SEO and accessibility.

Task Management:

  • Monitor and update task statuses in our task manager to ensure synchronization with work plans.
  • Keep all tasks and projects up-to-date and aligned with the team’s objectives.

Lead Management:

  • Track incoming leads and accurately document data for further processing and follow-up.

Team Support:

  • Assist other team members with ad hoc tasks as needed to support overall marketing goals.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Calendar, etc.).
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher.

Soft Skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high quality.
  • Responsible and result-oriented with the capability to complete tasks independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Initiative and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Prior experience with Redmine or other task management systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website content management.
