With the Company growing, MOBILUNITY IS IN SEARCH FOR A MARKETING MANAGER (DACH REGION) TO STRENGTHEN OUR EFFORTS IN DRIVING GLOBAL ACQUISITION, ENGAGEMENT, AND RETENTION, THROUGH OMNICHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS.

 

About the position:

 

We are looking for a person with experience working on DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, ideally but not essentially – in IT industry, able to provide unparalleled insights and innovative marketing solutions for the region defined.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

 

  • Researching and analyzing market trends and our target markets to leverage engagement;
  • Creating marketing and social media strategies to boost awareness and increase inbound leads;
  • Planning and managing the launch and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels;
  • Setting budgets, targets and timelines;
  • Working with in-house or external teams to produce attractive pieces of content that match campaign’s targets;
  • Managing budgets and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • Working closely with business development team to support sales with relevant marketing artifacts.
Required skill set:

 

  • Previous Marketing (ideally – Online Marketing) experience is a must;
  • German language fluency – at least on advanced level;
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and approaches;
  • Excellent communication and management skills;
  • Understanding the differences in communicating single message through various channels;
  • Ability to think creatively;
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency;
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges;
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc;
  • A background in PR or external communications would be a benefit.
