Personal Assistant to CEO_(CLOSED)

With the Company growing, we are in need for one more amazing person to join us as a full-time Personal Assistant to CEO.

 

This role is multi-domain and is aimed to day to day business assistance to the CEO. The role requires decent problem solving, decision making, stress-resistance and communication skills. We are expecting to find a person who will join our Management team at this role, and who will be able to professionally grow within this role, for years. The schedule is standard, no hard overtimes are expected, 9..10 am – 6..7 pm.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Department managers communication on a daily basis
• Online marketing researches execution
• Specific services vendors search / qualification
• Specific vacancies candidates qualification
• External meetings organization for the top management of the Company
• Ad-hoc tasks, research, talks, problems execution/resolution

Requirements:

 

• No less than 2 years on alike role
• Fluent English – both spoken and written
• MS Excel or analogs proficiency
• Marketing mindset, Western mentality
• HR experience and eagerness to collaborate with people
• High level of discipline and self-organization with multi-tasking capacity, able to handle pressure without compromising work quality and efficiency
• Strong follow up, analytical skills with ability to make optimal decisions to meet deadlines
• Great ability to learn fast
• Business communication etiquette knowledge
