Business Development Team

We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Sales Manager who could bring big value to our Business Development department`s performance.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Directly related previous work experience required
  • Understanding of web development, web design, web systems testing
  • Flexible, self-motivated and strong analytical/quantitative skills
  • Effective negotiation, leadership, project management skills
  • Minimum upper-intermediate English, both written and speaking skills are required
  • Good communication skills, attentive to details

Main responsibilities:

  • Customer relations management for long-term cooperation, managing client expectations on the stages of: requirements collection, prototyping, design and development, quality and delivery
  • Continuously identify opportunity leads for future new engagements within existing projects
  • Searching through different channels for an international customers and partners with further selling of web/mobile development or outstaffing services
