On behalf of our Client from the US, Mobilunity is looking for a Support Engineer.

 

About the project:

Our Customer is a software development platform company based in San Francisco, USA.

They deliver serverless next-generation hosting and a platform for high-performance web applications. They are focused on the high-gain, mission-critical sites where each millisecond the user is waiting for the page to load compares to lost profits (as an example just think of Netlify/Vercel).

 

Requirements:
  • You’re a natural communicator and enjoy using those skills to help others

  • You love exploring new technologies and figuring things out the hard way

  • You enjoy solving many frontend problems per day

  • You have knowledge of frontend engineering and you appreciate the value technologies like Serverless Cloud Platforms bring to the software deployment and development process

  • You’re able to communicate complex technical topics to customers and coworkers of varying technical skill levels

  • You have some experience optimizing websites for performance

  • You have experience with some of these technologies and an interest in learning about the others: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Next, Nuxt, AngularReact, VueNPM, Yarn, Webpack, HTML, CSS, Git

  • You can demonstrate excellent spoken and written English

  • You have the ability to get a project up and running on the Product after reviewing the documentation

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer issues via slack, email, and video conferencing

  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering Teams to help define new features, fix bugs, and identify new ways the platform can speed up our customers’ websites and their dev teams

  • Create and update documentation based on customer interactions and your work with the platform

  • Work hard to solve customer problems and make them raving fans of the Product

  • Work alongside Product Managers to define and shape the product goals, roadmap, priorities, and strategy based on your frontline knowledge of customer needs

  • Continually research and learn the current and future best practices of using the Product

  • Participate in the hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments and by participating in interviews

  • Suggest and implement improvements to workflows and identify new ways to best support the growing customer base

  • Engage with the Product in the forum

  • Contribute to the ever-growing documentation
