Once we start, here's our process in 3 simple stages:
Initial market research. We spend 1-2 weeks to find the first candidates we think are a great match for your business, and use your feedback to finetune the search even further.
Candidate interviews. Narrowing down among a few excellent final candidates so you can choose the best possible match for the role.
Job offer negotiations and sign-off. During this stage we work by your side, consulting with both you and the candidate to ensure a mutually satisfactory and long-last collaboration.
