When started, we split our process into 3 simple stages:
Initial market research. It lasts for 1-2 weeks, so we give you the first candidates we think are a match, and hear your feedback to finetune the search further.
Candidates Interviewing. It lasts for another 1-3 weeks, to make sure you can choose the best match possible.
Job offer negotiations and sign-off. During this stage we ourselves will be by your side, advising you on the best moves and consulting both you and the candidate on the legal aspect of your further collaboration.
