Mobilunity in Japan in February 2020
Two weeks ago Mobilunity went on its second business trip to Japan to continue discovering the country’s IT opportunities. Typically, Japanese IT companies refer to the countries in South East Asia to hire remote development teams. However, as the country remains proactively determined in terms of trying and discovering new, they are ready to get the best of the Ukrainian services as they know the benefits. First, the pool of talents in Japan is limited, thus, restricts the opportunities for IT companies to develop. Second, Ukrainian developers can cope with complex tasks for a considerably low price. Last but not least, Japan is quite pedantic when it comes to the quality of expected services, meeting deadlines, and delivering everything according to the requirements. Isn’t it the perfect match with what we can offer? 
During this visit, we understood that Japan’s biggest fear in using offshore services is communication that appears as a real threat to the execution of their operations. To eliminate the borders of fear, we launched a brand-new complimentary feature called ‘bridge service’ exclusively for our Japanese clients. Building a team with Mobilunity client gets a Japanese-speaking manager who helps to bridge software engineers and the company, thus, clear and comprehensive communication is guaranteed. Moreover, we gladly conducted a lecture for our Japanese partners explaining the peculiarities of the offshoring.
