We are looking for an Account Manager to join our existing team to become an advocate of the interests of Mobilunity’s clients and at the same time – to become a Mobilunity’s Ambassador during daily communication with clients. The account manager will act as the main point of contact for clients. He/She will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with assigned contacts.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, quick, trainable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients. This is a hands-on role that includes interacting with various internal departments, and the company leadership team.

As an Account Manager you will be:

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer’s matters and helping customers through email, phone, and in-person meetings;
  • Independently leading clients on standard questions;
  • Pinging clients for recruiting needs or things not solved yet;
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services by close communication with else teams;
  • Engaging in organizational issues, processes, and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively;
  • Collaborating with various internal departments (HR, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Administrative and Accounting Departments);
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products, services, and our relationships;
  • Assisting with challenging client requests, resolving complaints, and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Main requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Support within an IT company;
  • Confident user of G-Suite;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent active listening skills, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to relate with customers, top management, and other departments in the company;
  • Ability to manage multiple clients (up to 20) simultaneously;
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data;
  • Adaptability, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Time management and multitasking skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Fast in thinking and doing (esp writing emails, explaining the situation, etc);
  • Fluent English to communicate effectively with clients from all over the world (both verbal and written, ready for calls with clients).
