Our teams of engineers are fully devoted to the development of our client’s products, and we as a company are also fully dedicated to our teams and their development. In order to make this collaboration happen, we follow what we call the 3 R’s of nearshoring: Relationships, Recruitment, & Retention. 
Our team keeps on growing and now we need one more amazing person to join us as  a full-time HR Director to establish and develop best HR practices within our company.

 

About the role:

 

This role reports directly to the managing partners of the company, leaving no gaps in between of the Vision (given) and Implementation (expected).

A golden mix of soft and hard skills is expected for this role.

We are seeking for a rational perfectionist, strategist, with experience we as a Company would benefit from.

A key part of the duties for the 1st period (some 4-6 months) will be KPI-relevant, and would expect HR Director to be working very closely with else department managers.

A qualified candidate would also need to have hands on skills in HR work – to be able to mentor and coach by his/her very own sample on how things are actually done.

This said, we are eagerly looking for a talented HR Director with experience on alike role, who may be open to new challenges in building a world-class organization where People understand for sure why they are working at.

 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Reshaping HR policies and current practices based on objective defined.
  • Exploring, suggesting, and implementing (together with relevant department heads) KPI system for performance management.
  • Upon completion, becoming an essential part of Company’s C-/D-level management board.

 

 

To join, you need to have:

 

  • Alike role experience for at least 2 past years in IT services industry of Ukraine.
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of running/executing all HR functions, such as:
    • Recruiting (optional).
    • Onboarding.
    • Adaptation.
    • Benefits management.
    • Staff grading and assessment management.
    • Personal development plans management.
    • Internal communications.
    • KPI management.
    • HR IT systems management.
  • Successful experience of line management of a team or department of at least 2 people.
  • Successful experience of cross-department questions boost and resolution.
  • Ability to deliver results.
