On behalf of our customer from Japan, Mobilunity is looking for an IT Project Manager.

 

About the project:

 

Our client is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer with its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Currently they are attempting to replace an existing ERP system by moving to a new system, and are working to customize there new system using MS Dynamics NAV. The project is now in the test phase. Company is aiming to reinforce the project management and promote the testing tasks by adding one or two people.

After the Go-live of their ERP system, our client will start consideration of introducing CRM.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Provide regular project status check, progress tracking and updates on deliverables with internal teams, external resources, clients and stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships throughout project lifecycle and hold everyone accountable for their deadlines
• Assess risk throughout project lifecycle and anticipate internal, external and client needs and readily implement issue resolution with project stakeholders

 

Requirements:

 

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT project
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and overall communication skills
• Strong time management / prioritization skills
• Communicate and influence at a senior level
• Introducing MS Dynamics NAV/CRM to distributors or dealers in the auto industry is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
