We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented IT Recruiter (middle to senior) to join our friendly, supportive and goals-oriented Recruiting team.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

• Full life cycle of IT outstaffing recruitment
• Keeping assigned customers updated about recruiting progress
• Assist/help colleagues from Recruitment team as a researcher upon needs
• Together with HR Manager, participate in successful adaptation of employees that you hired
• Daily reporting

Main requirements:

 

• Higher education
• 1+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Experience working with outstaffing model is a great plus
• Confident user of Google Drive
• Upper-intermediate English
