Manual QA Engineer (Closed)

On behalf of our customer from Switzerland, Mobilunity is looking for a Manual QA Engineer. This is a long-term project. Distributed teams. Project: Online insurance administration product. Customer is very team-oriented and easy-going in communication. Well-organized development process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility is to provide a sufficient level of quality on new features and releases
• Testing new features and implementations
• Providing Regression and Smoke tests
• Composing and supporting test documentation

Position requirements:

• 1 +  year of testing
• Knowing of Linux – basic commands
• Knowing of test methodologies and processes. Test patterns and approaches
• Knowing of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience in composing test documentation – Test Cases, Check lists, Bug Reports
• Experience in web application testing
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JSON, AJAX
• Basic knowing of SQL
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• English of intermediate level or higher
• Experiance with automation testing tools will be a big plus
