MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Recruiting Department with ongoing processes
• On need, conduct candidates screening according to particular vacancy requirements
• Coordinate and run projects related to IT Recruiting activities the Company has
• Coordinate 3rd party vendors and relationships with them in regards to Recruiting Operations
• Coordinate on Recruiting Activities with various departments, managers and stakeholders

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience, ideally in Service Business
• English proficiency level enough for correspondence, fluency would be an advantage
• Great communication skills
• Ability to multitask, self-manage and deliver
• IT Recruiting fundamentals would be a great advantage
• Ability to copywrite and be creative would be an advantage
