WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR EXISTING TEAM TO BECOME AN ADVOCATE OF THE INTERESTS OF MOBILUNITY’S CLIENTS AND AT THE SAME TIME – TO BECOME A MOBILUNITY’S AMBASSADOR DURING DAILY COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS. ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL ACT AS A MAIN POINT OF CONTACT FOR CLIENTS. HE/SHE WILL BUILD LONG-LASTING, MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH ASSIGNED CONTACTS. 

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION, CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION, COMPUTER, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS. YOU SHOULD BE RESOURCEFUL, ANALYTICAL, ADAPTABLE, QUICK, TRAINABLE AND ORGANIZED WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH CLIENTS. THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE THAT INCLUDES INTERACTING WITH VARIOUS INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS, AND ALL THE COMPANY LEADERSHIP TEAM.

 

AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER YOU WILL BE:
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer’s matters and helping customers through email, phone, and in-person meetings;
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services by close communication with Resource Managers;
  • Engaging in organizational issues, processes, and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively;
  • Collaborating with various internal departments (RM, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Office Managers);
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products, services, and our relationships; 
  • Assisting with challenging client requests, resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes;
  • Business trips arrangements;
  • Invoicing plan preparing, sending, monitoring, together with payments and accounting paperwork collection.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
  • Higher education;
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience;
  • Confident user of G-Suite, CRMs;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Excellent active listening skills, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Ability to relate with customers, top management and other departments in the company;
  • Ability to manage multiple clients (up to 20) simultaneously; 
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data;
  • Adaptability, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Time management and multitasking skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Upper intermediate English to communicate effectively with clients from all over the world (both verbal and written).
