On behalf of our customer from Belgium, we are looking for a Technical Lead. Company has developed a platform that fully automates and digitizes access and communications of the logistics check-in process and enables users to manage different visitor flows.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of developing software and control the technical quality and the overall end result which includes:
- Software Development & testing:
- You and your team develop requirements according to the technical vision and guidelines you received from the Product Owner
- While developing you and your team make good trade-offs between the degree of perfection and time/effort
- You and your team are responsible for technical and functional testing of new and existing requirements
- You keep backwards compatibility in mind
- Communication & documentation:
- You communicate clearly about the impact and risks of new requirements
- You discuss technical subjects with non-technical persons
- You ensure clear internal documentation of the technical implementation of the code of you and your team. The documentation is according to the standards and cover documents such as UML diagrams, installation guidelines, architecture diagrams
- You communicate pro-actively when you expect other teams will be impacted by new requirements or fixes, especially for customer support
- Usability & design:
- While developing you keep the usability of the product in mind
- You ensure a universal graphic design within the product
Requirements:
- Software design patterns and best practices
- Front-end design patterns
- .NET development with C#
- Entity framework
- MySQL, Javascript
- Front-end framework such as React and/or Angular
- CI/CD deployment pipeline with octopus deploy
- Git versioning (bitbucket)
- TDD, Unit testing
- Azure
- Architecture patterns (e.g. queueing)
- Advanced level of English
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Xamarin
- .NET Core
- Visual Studio
- Familiar with Usability, Clean code, Agile development methodologies
