Mobilunity is seeking an experienced, passionate Content Team Lead with a focus on the B2B IT sector responsible for planning, developing, and managing digital content as part of our growing and ambitious Marketing Team.

The Content Lead is expected to develop expert-level content that drives the highest customer engagement and satisfaction to accelerate Mobilunity’s global growth.

You will constantly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and manage content that is professional, usable, demanded, sharable, and discoverable online.

Key responsibilities:

  • Content Quality Control:
    • Editing and proofreading articles prepared by copywriters to ensure compliance with SEO requirements, the company’s expertise in the subject area, stylistic consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
    • Verifying the presence of clear structure (headings, subheadings, lists, short paragraphs) to enhance readability.
    • Checking for typos, incorrect facts, or inaccurate information.
    • Ensuring text uniqueness and the absence of plagiarism.
    • Using tools (Copyscape, Grammarly, ContentWatch) to guarantee text originality.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Providing feedback to copywriters to improve their work.
    • Conducting regular meetings with copywriters to discuss progress, exchange ideas, and ensure alignment in task execution.
    • Supporting and mentoring the team of copywriters, including enhancing their knowledge of the company’s products and services, editing skills, text optimization, and use of new tools.
    • Collaborating with the SEO manager to align content with the company’s strategic goals and search engine requirements.
    • Maintaining constant communication with designers/web developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly content.
    • Aligning content with the marketing team for joint projects and achieving the company’s business objectives.
    • Developing and implementing internal editorial standards to improve content quality.
  • Content Optimization:
    • Ensuring content meets SEO requirements (keyword usage, text structure, headings, meta descriptions, etc.).
    • Adapting content to the company’s branding standards and tone of voice.
    • Updating existing materials based on changes in search engine algorithms, new keyword data, or analytical insights.
    • Ensuring content readability for users, including analyzing behavioral factors (time on page, bounce rates, etc.).
    • Continuously researching and testing new content optimization approaches to remain competitive in a dynamic environment.
  • Content Planning:
    • Participating in the development of content plans for blogs and commercial website pages.
    • Identifying audience needs and proposing article topics.
    • Researching the interests and behavior of the target audience to develop relevant and valuable topics.
    • Preparing content in various formats (articles, case studies, guides, lists, FAQs) to address different stages of the sales funnel.
    • Setting clear goals for each type of content (traffic, engagement, conversions) and monitoring their achievement.
    • Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to create content that addresses real client needs and pain points.
  • Analytics:
    • Analyzing the effectiveness of created content using tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Search Console, Seranking, etc.).
    • Making adjustments to existing content based on analytical results.
    • Determining the impact of content on sales, lead generation, and other business metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience of at least 1 year as a Content Lead with strong copywriting background (2+ years at least).
  • Advanced writing and editing skills.
  • An Advanced level of English and flawless literacy (mainly written) is mandatory.
  • An avid interest and/or background in the IT/Technology industry, ideally Outstaffing/Outsourcing.
  • Experience with team management or working with a group of copywriters whom you managed to get tasks done.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content that is well-researched, structured, and supported by necessary data.
  • Knowledge and understanding of keyword use and SEO practices.
  • Understanding of customer journey map, lead-generation processes, and sales funnels.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills (your performance will depend a lot on the communication with other Mobilunity teammates).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (preferably, WordPress).
  • Persistent in reaching established goals within deadlines.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize multiple assignments based on business objectives.
  • Able to share a portfolio of relevant work and projects, such as written articles, a sample of the editorial calendar, etc.
  • Experience working with the US and EU markets.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Grammarly, Surferseo, Neuronwriter, etc.
