On behalf of our Client from the UK, Mobilunity is looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist.
Our Customer is an award-winning full service digital agency, specialising in open source web development with a growing team of over 70 talented and creative individuals. Specialising in open source web technologies such as Magento they aim to work to identify the best technology that meets the needs of the business and exceeds expectations.
They are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Analytics Specialist to join their ambitious team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and debugging Google Tag Manager setups, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting through Google Analytics 4 and other platforms. In addition, the role will involve creating and maintaining
accurate reporting, preferably with Looker Studio.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager configurations, including tracking tags, triggers, and variables
- Debug and troubleshoot GTM and GA4 implementations to ensure accurate data collection
- Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 properties, including event tracking, conversion setup, and custom reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio
- Assist in the implementation and management of Consent Management Platforms (e.g. Onetrust) to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Assisting in the development of KPIs and measurement frameworks for clients
- Conduct analysis of website performance and customer journeys via GA4 and/or other tools
Must have:
- Proven experience with Google Tag Manager implementation and debugging
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including setup, configuration, and reporting
- Proficiency in Looker Studio or other data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of digital acquisition channels; Paid, SEO, Social
- Solid experience with SQL, data modelling / data transformation
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A technical thinker with a strong desire to learn more
- Level of English – Upper Intermediate and higher
