AI Automation & Transformation Lead

On behalf of our Client from Spain, Mobilunity is looking for aAI Automation & Transformation Lead.

Our Client is a Spain-based international consulting firm that helps companies access and optimise public innovation funding (tax credits, grants and related incentives) while also offering complementary advisory services to improve innovation performance; it is a large, multi‑country professional services group (≈3,000 employees) founded in 1997.

They are looking for a AI Automation & Transformation Lead to lead an international team of developers and communicate with stakeholders across the company

About the role:
The AI & Automation Platform Leader will design, build, and scale the AI-powered capabilities that transform consulting delivery across the Group.

The role is responsible for creating a modular AI and automation ecosystem that:

• enhances consultant productivity
• accelerates delivery
• enables new consulting offerings

while respecting the Group’s federated operating model, allowing countries to adopt and adapt solutions based on their needs.

Responsibilities:

AI Platform Strategy & Architecture

• Define the AI and automation roadmap for consulting in liaison with Digital department
• Design a modular AI architecture (APIs, copilots, workflows)
• Ensure interoperability with existing systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms) together with system and Enterprise architects.
• Influence on Digital organisation and governance to improve collaboration between Digital and Business

AI Use Case Development

• Coordinate the Identification and scale high-impact use cases, such as:
• AI-assisted research and benchmarking
• automated report generation
•  proposal automation
• delivery accelerators
• knowledge assistants

Productization of AI Capabilities

• Turn AI use cases into scalable internal products
• Develop reusable components for countries, leveraging on internal Digital teams and solutions
• Create a platform catalogue accessible to all business units

Adoption & Value Realization

• Drive adoption through business value, not enforcement
• Partner with countries to deploy solutions
• Track: usage / productivity gains / ROI

Collaboration with Local Teams

•  Work with country AI focal points
• Capture local needs and innovations
• Scale successful local initiatives globally

Governance & Responsible AI

• Define AI usage policies
• Ensure compliance with data and regulatory requirements
•  Manage risks related to AI deployment

Requirements:

Experience

• 10-15+ years in the roles related to digital transformation, data platforms / ai implementation / consulting or professional services
• Proven track record of: building AI-enabled products or platforms / scaling technology adoption across organizations / working in international, matrix environments

Skills

• Strong understanding of: AI & GenAI technologies / automation workflows / platform architectures
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions / operate at both strategic and hands-on levels / influence without authority
