CTO/Architect-level consultant [part-time] (closed)

On behalf of our Client from Israel, Mobilunity is looking for CTO/Architect-level consultant.

Our customer helps governments to improve lives of millions of people around the world through providing innovative solutions in the fields that matters most to their citizens- Sustainable healthcare, Smart Affordable Housing, Renewable Energy, Smart Cities solutions.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technology roadmap and long-term vision for the project

Technology Integration:

• Oversee the customization and integration of Odoo, Google Cloud, AI components, and blockchain technology to create a comprehensive software solution
• Ensure seamless integration of AI for speech-to-text capabilities to optimize physician input

Technical Expertise and Optimization:

• Leverage your expertise in modern technologies, especially mobile development and AI, to optimize server, database usage, and overall system performance
• Implement best practices to prevent unnecessary costs and enhance system efficiency

Team Supervision and Collaboration:

• Lead and supervise development team (India), fostering effective team dynamics and collaboration.
• Work closely with the product manager to bridge the gap between domain expertise and technical intricacies, ensuring successful execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role overseeing complex software development projects
• Strong understanding of Odoo customization, Google Cloud integration, AI technologies, and blockchain, especially “Proof of Authority’
• Proficiency in mobile development and optimizing server/database usage for efficient performance
• Excellent supervisory, leadership, and collaboration skills, with experience in managing multi-location development teams
• Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning technology solutions with business goals
• Confident English (both written and spoken) is a must

Nice to have:

• Experience in a senior technology leadership role in healthcare software development
• Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and compliance requirements
