On behalf of our Client from the USA, Mobilunity is looking for a Fractional CTO for a part-time engagement.

Our Client is a procurement consulting and managed services firm transforming its core intelligence into CCM Synq, an AI-native vendor governance decision platform for mid-market and enterprise organizations.

We are seeking a builder-first Fractional CTO who will act as the senior technical voice for the platform. The focus is on translating CCM’s consulting and domain expertise into a scalable, AI-native SaaS platform capable of proactive monitoring, alerting, and autonomous action.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a technical audit of the current platform, codebase, infrastructure, and data model.
  • Define the architecture for a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform.
  • Assess AI/LLM integration, agentic workflows, contract ingestion, and vendor intelligence pipelines.
  • Drive the transition from reporting/dashboard to proactive, agent-driven platform capabilities.
  • Recommend build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions, including AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Own the technical roadmap and oversee any external development teams or agencies.
  • Lead integration strategy across ERP, finance, and workflow systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Workday, Aderant, Elite 3E).
  • Serve as technical voice for prospects, partners, and investors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience standing up at least 2 B2B SaaS platforms from early stage.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration, document analysis, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of multi-tenancy, RBAC, and enterprise data security (SOC 2 readiness is a plus).
  • Experience designing systems that ingest and structure unstructured data (contracts, invoices, vendor documents).
  • Strong integration experience (ERP systems, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks).
  • Proven ability to lead/manage remote development teams or agencies.
  • Clear, direct communication with non-technical founders and stakeholders.
