On behalf of our client from Switzerland we are looking for Front End Developer.

About the project:

Our client is a company which develops innovative Open Source software solutions.
They currently starting a great project for which they are looking for a Front End Developer to join the team.
Successful candidate will be mainly working on a project for geologists in first 4-5 months: creating the GUI and several tools around a 3D Globe based on CesiumJS (experience with Cesium is not important, it’s more about building the Frontend around it). The project will be the first supporting underground visualization in a performant open-source 3D Globe.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining modern solutions to support innovative digital processes
Contributing to the development of free software
Participation in Code Review
Participation in daily meetings and planning

Requirements:

2+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
Knowledge of Angular
Experience in working with Continuous Delivery concepts and tools
Experience in the involvement of Open Source communities
Highly proficient in written and spoken English

Would be a plus:

Experience with React.js
Language programming and frameworks Python (Pyramid), C++ (Qt) or Java (Spring)
DevOps’ experience with Cloud and Docker/Kubernetes infrastructure
