MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

On behalf of our Client from the UAE, Mobilunity is looking for a MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant for a part-time engagement.

Our Client is a healthcare-focused private equity firm operating in emerging markets, providing growth and expansion capital to companies in the sector, with a presence in the UAE.

They are currently using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to manage investor relations and deal flow and are looking to further optimize and enhance the system. The focus is not only on technical improvements but also on introducing best practices and industry expertise to better support business processes, reporting, and overall decision-making.

They are specifically looking for a consultant who can bring hands-on expertise from previous projects, including proven best practices in CRM setup for investment-focused organizations, and who can act as a trusted advisor rather than just a system configurator.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 setup, identifying gaps and improvement areas
• Conduct discovery sessions and translate business needs into D365 solutions
• Bring best practices and recommendations from previous projects, especially within investment-related domains
• Implement enhancements, workflows, and automation using Power Automate
• Advise on AI enablement (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and support knowledge transfer to the client

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
• Proven experience in CRM optimization, enhancements, and process design
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate
• Experience with Copilot AI
• Background in Private Equity or related industries (VC, Asset/Wealth Management, Investment Banking, M&A, etc.)
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• Upper-intermediate, close to advance English
