With the Company growing, we are in need for one more amazing person to join us as a full-time Process Design Assistant.
For this role, we are seeking a highly organized and disciplined person with strong time-management skills and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities will include assisting in:
- Internal processes definition/description
- Internal process analysis
- Internal processes optimization and redesign
- Internal processes implementation
- Internal processes quality control
- Internal processes automation
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO, thus you must be able to self-manage your priorities and backlogs.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Upper Intermediate level of English
- At least 1 year of experience on alike position or strong theoretical knowledge of business analysis and/or
- Process Design, cross-department processes analysis and optimization
- Excellent analytical skills
