Project Manager/ Business Analyst (Closed)

We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Business Analyst/Project Manager who has rich experience in analysis and leading web and/or mobile app projects for non-Ukrainian markets.

 

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 3+ years experience in business analysis and/or project management in web or mobile development is must;
• Experience in working with non-local customers is a must;
• Understanding of web development and product lifecycle;
• Good understanding and ability to apply Scrum and other agile methodologies;
• Ability to manage, motivate and work with a team under pressure;
• Analytical skills, ability to multitasking, attentive to details, structured thinking;
• Proactive life attitude and excellent communication skills.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Business, System and Technical requirements specification;
• Active collaboration with development, QA team and Management team for planning, resolving project issues and assessment purposes;
• Review “As-Is” business processes and be able to develop, document, map and recommend “To-Be” processes based on customer requirements and best known practices;
• Maintain project delivery within given budget and scope;
• Allocate the necessary resources;
• React to incoming change requests from the team to support the project;
• Ensure effective interaction between key stakeholders of the project.
