Job Boards Commercial Director

Our German client is extending their online business and they stepped into the Online Job Boards business.

They are in process of finalizing their strategy for the next 3 years, and part of this strategy will definitely be hiring/engaging an experienced professional from the industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee a new line of business for the client, being fully in charge of its P&L
• Supervise marketing, sales, and technical teams in their day to day operations
• Permanently be on the edge of new partnerships, business development initiatives and strategies to ensure the business growth
• Deliver business line growth targets as per the strategy defined
• Report on the key metrics

Required skills:

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in online or IT/Telecom business
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in Job Boards business in any English/European market
• Deep understanding of Recruitment industry
• Confident expertise in partners relationships, digital marketing, UI/UX, conversion
• Fluent English
