Mobilunity is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement outlines the level of conformance of the Mobilunity website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, based on a formal accessibility audit conducted in July 2026.

Measures to Support Accessibility

Mobilunity takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Mobilunity 

  • Include accessibility as part of our mission statement.
  • Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.
  • Include people with disabilities in our design personas.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Mobilunity is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Mobilunity, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations. We are actively working to address these issues as part of our ongoing commitment to improving accessibility. If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed above, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in an accessible format and investigate the issue.

Known limitations for Mobilunity:

  • Color contrast: some text and interface elements may not meet the recommended color contrast requirements, which can make content difficult to perceive for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies. We are reviewing and updating color combinations as part of our ongoing accessibility improvements.
  • Alternative text for decorative images: some decorative images may contain unnecessary or non-descriptive alternative text, which can result in redundant or confusing announcements by screen readers. We are reviewing image descriptions to ensure decorative images are correctly ignored by assistive technologies where appropriate.
  • Form validation: some form validation errors may not be fully communicated to users of assistive technologies due to missing programmatic associations between form controls and error messages. We are reviewing our form implementations to improve error identification and ensure validation feedback is properly conveyed.
  • Automatic animations: some automatically moving, scrolling, or animated content may not provide controls to pause, stop, or hide the animation. We are evaluating these components and plan to introduce appropriate user controls where required.

Assessment Approach

Mobilunity assessed the accessibility of Mobilunity by the following approaches:

  • Manual testing
  • Assistive technologies evaluation
  • Automated tools (axe DevTools, ARC Toolkit, WAVE, HeadingsMap, Web developer, WCAG Contrast checker, taba11y)
  • Screen readers NVDA, Narrator for Windows, VoiceOver for MacOS)

Evaluation Summary

  • Audit scope: 7 key pages of the website were evaluated.
  • Audit period: July 2026
  • Unique success criteria affected: 7 (success criteria met 87.27%)
  • Level A criteria affected: 6 (success criteria met 80.64%)
  • Level AA criteria affected: 1 success criteria met 95.83%)

We are actively working to address the identified issues and improve conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA requirements. Accessibility improvements will be implemented as part of the website’s ongoing maintenance and development process.

Formal Complaints

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days, and to propose a solution within 10 business days. You are entitled to escalate a complaint to the national authority, should you be dissatisfied with our response to you.
