Sage X3 Developer

On behalf of our Client from the UK, Mobilunity is looking for a Sage X3 Developer / Consultant.

Our Client is a global company operating across multiple markets worldwide. They use Sage X3 as a key business system and are looking for an experienced specialist who can work across both the functional and technical sides of the platform.

The role combines Sage X3 configuration, customization, development, and API integrations with external business systems. You will work closely with existing consultants and internal stakeholders, helping to improve and maintain the current Sage X3 environment while reducing dependency on external development support.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership across Sage X3 development, configuration, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

Sage X3 Development & Configuration

• Configure and maintain Sage X3 according to business requirements
• Develop and customize Sage X3 functionality
• Analyze existing Sage X3 configuration and identify appropriate technical or functional solutions
• Maintain and improve existing Sage X3 functionality
• Support the evolution of the Sage X3 environment

API Integrations

• Develop and maintain API integrations between Sage X3 and external business systems
• Work with integrations across Microsoft tools and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data exchange
• Support the design and implementation of new integrations

Functional & Technical Consulting

• Translate business requirements into practical Sage X3 solutions
• Work across both functional and technical aspects of Sage X3
• Collaborate with existing consultants and internal stakeholders
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations around Sage X3 configuration and customization

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Sage / Sage X3
• Strong hands-on experience with Sage X3 configuration and setup
• Experience with Sage X3 development and customization
• Experience developing and maintaining API integrations
• Ability to understand existing Sage X3 configurations and identify appropriate solutions
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
• Good spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem and tools
• Experience integrating Sage X3 with Microsoft business systems
• Combination of functional consulting and development experience
• Experience working with external consultants or distributed teams
