Account Manager

Back Office Team

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our existing team to become an advocate of the interests of Mobilunity’s clients and at the same time – to become a Mobilunity’s Ambassador during daily communication with clients. The account manager will act as the main point of contact for clients and will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with assigned contacts.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This is a hands-on role that includes interacting with various internal departments, and the company leadership team.

As an Account Manager you will be:

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer’s matters and helping customers through email, messengers, and in-person meetings;
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strategies to expand existing client accounts;
  • Independently leading clients on standard questions;
  • Pinging clients for recruiting needs or things not solved yet;
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services by close communication with else teams;
  • Engaging in organizational issues, processes, and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively;
  • Collaborating with various internal departments (HR, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Administrative and Accounting Departments);
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products, services, and our relationships;
  • Assisting with challenging client requests, resolving complaints, and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Main requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Support within an IT company;
  • Experience of working with B2B clients;
  • Proven ability to upsell services and expand accounts;
  • Confident user of G-Suite;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Excellent active listening skills, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Adaptability, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple clients (up to 20) simultaneously;
  • Time management and multitasking skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Fast in thinking and doing (esp writing emails, explaining the situation, etc)
  • Fluent English to communicate effectively with clients from all over the world (both verbal and written, ready for calls with clients)
