Capacity Manager

Back Office Team

Now we are looking for a talented Capacity Manager to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
  • Delivery:
    • Develop and oversee rotation plans for team assignments across multiple projects.
    • Build and maintain an updated database of corporate resumes to support sales and account management teams promptly.
    • Allocate resources for projects, including internal staff and external outstaffed specialists.
    • Facilitate the involvement of engineers in atypical project arrangements (e.g., part-time, fixed-term).
    • Manage contractor engagement processes, including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
    • Provide proactive updates on internal resource availability to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Business Development:
    • Design staffing ramp-up plans for new team formations or expanding projects.
    • Prepare and manage budgets for potential team deployments.
    • Ensure the availability and allocation of resources for upcoming projects, including internal or external candidates.
    • Proactively share insights on internal resource availability to support sales opportunities.
  • Partner Collaboration:
    • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with external companies to enhance resource options.
    • Source and engage engineers through partner networks to meet subcontracting needs.
  • Recruitment:
    • Actively participate in recruitment processes, including regular coordination meetings and collaboration with recruiters on vacancies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the recruitment pipeline for resource needs.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and oversee budgets for external revenue and costs.
    • Create and manage financial plans for internal resource pools, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Make data-driven hiring and firing decisions to optimize team composition and efficiency.
  • Team Management:
    • Continuously update and refine project team structures to meet evolving business and project needs.
    • Foster a collaborative environment to optimize team performance and engagement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in resource or capacity management within a technology-driven organization.
  • Proven success in resource allocation, project staffing, and delivery management.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with outstaffing models, ensuring alignment between resource capabilities and project demands.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project requirements and resource availability for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level or above) to effectively communicate within international teams.
