Our team keeps on growing and now we need one more amazing person to join us as a full-time HR Manager/People Partner for development teams.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide full scope of HR retention service to development Teams
• Ensure HR procedures and policies are followed by Teams
• Hold satisfaction surveys and performance appraisal process for the Teams
• Conducting performance evaluation and development interviews with the Teams
• Provide individual/team training/coaching as required
• Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth
• Provide personal support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives

Main Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as an HR Manager/People Partner
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Challenge-oriented, results-oriented personality
• People-oriented person with good communication skills
• At least upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
• Confident user of Google Services (Drive, Gmail) and MS Office package
