On behalf of our Client from Canada, Mobilunity is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist for 3PL Industry.

Our client provides an advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) tailored for Salesforce, designed to help businesses in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and retail optimize operations and reduce costs. With mobile-ready functionality and seamless Salesforce integration, the WMS enhances warehouse and inventory management efficiency.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with experience in logistics or warehousing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industry challenges and terminology, enabling them to develop customized outreach strategies to engage C-level executives. This role will involve using LinkedIn tools, crafting creative pitches, and reaching out to potential leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key prospects in the 3PL and warehousing sectors, focusing on East and West Coast markets in the US based on the provided ICPs.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media platforms.
  • Craft tailored messaging that resonates with industry challenges and highlights our unique solutions.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with 3PL industry needs and pass them to the implementation team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead-generation strategies and improve response rates.
  • Use Salesforce to capture and track lead information, maintaining detailed records of outreach activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales and outreach.
  • Experience and/or educational background in logistics or warehousing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges and terminology of the 3PL sector.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of social selling best practices.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce.
  • Creativity in writing Sales pitches, readiness to experiment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for connecting with the right audience.
  • Confident level of English (at least upper-intermediate to handle all communications)

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools like expandi, dripify and phantombuster.
  • Proven track record of lead generation specifically in the 3PL industry.
  • Past experience in LinkedIn SMM.
