Magento Backend Developer

On behalf of our Client from the UK, Mobilunity is looking for a Backend Magento Developer for a 8-week engagement (with the possibility of prolongation).

Our Customer is an award-winning full service digital agency, specialising in open source web development with a growing team of over 70 talented and creative individuals. Specialising in open source web technologies such as Magento they aim to work to identify the best technology that meets the needs of the business and exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of Magento 2 backend module development and an understanding of best practices
• Practical experience debugging Magento 2 applications
• Experience with Adobe Commerce, REST/SOAP, Headless CMS – contenful / prismic / storyblok
• Knowledge of PHP
• Level of English – Upper- Intermediate and higher

Bonus points for:

• Some knowledge of the frontend framework
• Experience writing automated tests
• Experience with Shopify or BigCommerce
• Experience with Docker
