Marketing Project Manager

Now we are looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager to assist our Growth Director in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Management of internal marketing projects;
• Conducting thematic researches: from SEO/keyword researches to competitors and market analysis;
• Processes setup based on the requirements defined by the Growth Director;
• Documentation development for stable processes;
• Participation in internal calls with further coordination of all agreed activities;
• Marketing projects operational management in task trackers;
• Optimization of existing routine processes;
• Hands-on assistance with marketing-related tasks (sometimes you need to create a company profile, sometimes – write a partnership email, etc).

Main requirements:

• Have 3+ years of marketing experience in IT area;
• At least a year of managerial experience;
• At least a year of hands-on experience in SEO;
• Knowledge and understanding of Project Management basics: readiness to lead marketing projects having vision and OKRs defined;
• Knowledge and understanding of Project Management tools and how processes could be optimized with their proper usage;
• Fluency in Excel/Spreadsheets (pivot tables and formulas) and readiness to prepare all kind of reports using very diverse sources of data;
• Proven track record of improving and optimizing internal processes with measurable outcome;
• Excellent communication skills and readiness to lead teams in time;
• At least Intermediate English level;
• Proactive, solution-oriented and detail-oriented personality.
