PM Assistant / Web Projects Coordinator

Now we are looking for a talented PM Assistant / Web Projects Coordinator to join our team.

Main requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in IT
• WordPress knowledge (overall understanding of CMS, plugins and themes functionality)
• Advanced Excel/Spreadsheets skills (day-to-day work with pivot tables and formulas)
• Understanding of Project Management basics
• Strong analytical thinking, multitasking
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactivity and fast-learning
• Aptitude for resolving conflicts and challenges during project execution
• At least Upper -Intermediate English level

Main responsibilities:

• Assistance in project management tasks
• Learning project management processes and contributing to task execution
• Launching websites according to the defined processes
• Maintaining documentation
• Ensuring all reports, plans, and schedules are accurate and up-to-date
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation
• Preparing status reports and meeting notes
• Communicating with stakeholders and team members
