Business Development Team

On behalf of our Client from the  UK, Mobilunity is looking for a Sales Consultant.

Our client is a rapidly expanding software group specializing in acquiring and growing companies within the Microsoft ecosystem. One of their first acquisitions is a fast-growing analytics and reporting company that provides Power BI-based tools, enabling small and medium-sized businesses to gain valuable insights from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—without the need for a data warehouse.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager who is eager to take on a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-growing company. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with industry experts, develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (including Power BI and Business Central), and grow into a senior leadership position over time. While prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Power BI is a plus, we are open to candidates who are passionate about technology, highly coachable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential customers
  • Book and conduct meetings, present solutions, and close deals
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand client needs and deliver value-driven solutions
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Contribute to business strategy and help shape the future growth of the company

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly driven, coachable, and eager to develop expertise in Microsoft products (Power BI, Business Central, etc.)
  • Comfortable with outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and networking
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team
  • A track record of stability in previous roles (minimal job-hopping preferred)
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and higher
