OUR NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE HAS THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Advanced speaking and written English
• Experience in IT/Development Services company sales will be a plus
• Ability to present company’s services to potential clients
• Sales and negotiations skills
• Energetic, flexible, and proactive, able to drive processes independently
• Desire to learn and continuously improve
• Ability to organize processes simultaneously and keep an eye on the details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing replies to the incoming requests and leading further communication with the prospects
• Work with the CRM – adding the new leads, setting up and further execution of the tasks there (FU, communication in LI etc.)
• Handling full-cycle of communication with the leads on the presale stage (from company presentation to contract signing and passing the client to the Account Management team
• Accompanying Business Development Manager to the presale calls and preparing summaries – it time – executing the calls by her/himself
• Working with the outbound campaigns 
• Communication with our Regional partners
