TDMS is a Tokyo-based company with a unique platform for vinyl music records, which brings artists and their fans together. The service works like an independent marketplace where musicians create vinyl records on demand directly for their audience.
In order to grow its staff with excellent professionals that would help the TDMS achieve its lofty objectives in 2020, our Japanese customer resorted to Mobilunity. Prior to establishing a team in Ukraine, they contracted with local development firms and freelance engineers in Japan. However, the client of ours was unable to receive the anticipated performance due to challenges in establishing a steady working relationship over time and having a constrained budget.
Inspired by the passion with which TDMS develops their product, we rapidly grasped their expectations and did our best to make them real. As a result: TDMS dedicated team scaled from 1 to 5 people in 1 year and a half.
