Candidate Experience Design — Base of an Effective Recruiting Process

Effective (and thus, competitive) recruiting process should base on a proper candidate experience design. Having 40+ clients of various sizes (from early stage startups to enterprise level public companies) Mobilunity designs their candidates experience, to then be monitoring one through 1:1 interviews with successfully hired candidates (and, which is very important, with those who were not hired to various reasons). Experiences we are creating for our pipeline not only help us adjust our common practices to permanently changing candidates expectations, but also allow us advising our clients what are those triggers and barriers preventing them from success in hiring the right talent.
