Here at Mobilunity we take a very detailed approach to the website design and creation. Every Museum is unique in some way, and our approach allows us to showcase that uniqueness. We researched the Museum itself, and of course dug deeper into the history of the Vikings, in order to get a feel for that era. Our goal was to send the users on a journey through time, to a place where Vikings reigned supreme.
You will not see two pages that are alike on this museum website. Our design revolved around focusing on the unique nature of the Vikings, and incorporating that into everything from the icons, to the menu. You don’t browse this web museum, you take a virtual journey through it, from hall to hall, and exhibit to exhibit. We strove to find a balance between ancient history, and modern aesthetics and hopefully you see that balance in the web design.
