Scala Technical Interviewer

Mobilunity is looking for a Scala Technical Interviewer.

This is a part-time, on-demand engagement focused on conducting technical interviews with Scala developers. The engagement is planned for approximately 6 months, with an expected workload of 1-2 interviews per week (with a possibility of a higher load if needed).

Requirements:

Senior or Lead-level experience as a Scala Developer.
Strong practical experience with Scala and backend system design.
Previous experience conducting technical interviews and/or participating in hiring processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making abilities.
High level of reliability, responsibility, and availability for regular interview sessions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct technical interviews with Scala developers to assess seniority, technical depth, and overall engineering maturity.
Evaluate candidates’ knowledge of Scala, functional programming concepts, and backend development practices.
Evaluate candidates’ soft skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
Provide structured, clear interview feedback.
Collaborate with recruiters and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality candidate
selection
