System Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure Team in the Kyiv office.
Our expectations for the candidate:

At least 3 years of experience in system administration;

Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, Unix-like systems, macOS), including command-line configuration, driver installation, and software setup;

Hands-on experience configuring network equipment (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link);

Experience with Google Admin (Workspace) and installation of application software packages;

Experience configuring server hardware (especially Supermicro, HP) and working with virtualization (e.g., ESXi platforms) and monitoring tools (PRTG, NetFlow analysis) will be a strong plus;

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical processes and solutions clearly to non-technical users;

Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies;

Readiness to work from the Kyiv office (min. 3 days per week).
Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and technical support of user PCs, operating systems, standard software, and peripheral equipment;

Ensuring data backup and recovery;

Maintenance and repair of workplace equipment;

Providing technical consultations and support to consultants;

Monitoring and maintaining office network performance;
-
Managing server and network hardware, as well as services deployed on servers;

Routing and handling IT support requests;

Managing access to corporate resources and services, conducting access audits.
