Mobile Team Lead

On behalf of our Client from Germany, Mobilunity is looking for a Team Lead Mobile.

Our Client is a company that produces and broadcasts content related to equestrian sports. With rights to broadcast the most significant equestrian sporting events all over Europe and in the USA, they are the industry’s largest content provider company for fans of equestrian sports.

Soft Skills:

• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach a software engineering team
• Communication: Excellent ability to articulate technical concepts and goals in English
• Technical Ownership: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to guide technical vision
• Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams and other leads
• Hiring & Talent Development: Experience in hiring, onboarding, and fostering professional growth

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Android and iOS applications
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+, and React Native
• Deep knowledge of mobile architecture, state management, and automated testing of native mobile
• Proficiency with Git
• Experience with websockets and REST APIs
